How to Request Data Deletion
Step 1: Send an Email
Send an email to hello@daily3journal.com with the subject line:
Account DeletionStep 2: Specify Your Request
In your email, please specify which option you prefer:
- Complete Account Deletion: Remove your account and all associated data
- Data-Only Deletion: Keep your account but remove all personal data
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Journal entries and analysis data: All your daily journal entries and AI-generated insights
- Preferences: Your app settings and personalization data
- Journal streak data: Your progress tracking and streak information
Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
